Contractor Guidelines
The streets within the gates of Silverhawk are private and governed by the HOA.
Regular security patrols observe and report contractor violations. Please note and observe the following policies as established by the HOA:
Entry days/Hours - Contractor work is permitted 7:00am – 6:00pm M-F and 8:00am – 5:30pm Saturday. Appropriate driver identification will be requested by the guards on duty.
Holidays – Contractor entry and work is not allowed on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day.
Parking – Double parking and blocking sidewalks are not permitted. In the case of need to temporarily block a street lane, you are required to place cones and a flagman to direct traffic. Also, please keep a minimum of five feet from mailboxes as to not block access for mail deliverers.
Rolloffs/Dumpsters, Portable Toilets and Building Materials – These cannot be placed on the private streets or common areas; they must be placed on the homeowner driveways, side yards and back yards.
Clean-up - Contractors, superintendents, employees and subcontractors must maintain the work areas by keeping them clean and neat. All streets, gutters and property adjacent must be free of dirt, trash, debris and other materials related to the work at the end of each workday.
Signage - No tradesman, contractor or installer signs are permitted to be displayed on homeowner properties.
